Truants Online Courses Refund Policy – Clear Guidelines

At Truants, we are committed to delivering an exceptional learning experience through our courses. To ensure transparency, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all online course enrollments under standard circumstances.

Once a student enrolls and completes payment for any Truants online course, the fee is non-refundable. This policy allows us to continue providing high-quality educational resources and dedicated support to all learners.

In rare and extraordinary situations, refund requests may be considered. However, such requests require formal approval from the Business Head. Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds will only be processed if justified under exceptional conditions.
